Every JOVANNAH piece carries a twelve-month limited warranty against manufacturing faults — a stone that comes loose from its setting, a structural failure in the band or the ruffle, or a finish defect present on arrival.  Because each piece is formed by hand and cannot be meaningfully repaired without compromising the design, we resolve warranty claims by replacing the piece rather than repairing it. Your first replacement is made to order in your size, at no cost, with complimentary shipping both ways. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear — tarnish, fine surface scratches, or damage from impact, chemicals, or wear during activity. The warranty also does not cover loss, theft, and alterations by third party jewelers.
