Shipping policy

Each piece is made to order and takes approximately 18–22 days to make and inspect, then about 3 days in transit. Please allow approximately total of 21–25 days from the date your order is placed.

JOVANNAH always provides complimentary shipping. 

For security, bespoke commissions or engraved jewelry orders may require a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can securely receive the package.

Because made-to-order pieces enter production quickly, please contact us at clientcare@jovannah.studio within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

We currently ship to United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, U.S Virgin Islands). For any other international-order inquiries, please contact clientcare@jovannah.studio.
